Base Rental (up to 5 hours) – $500

Alcoholic Events incur an additional $50 fee for deposit and base rental.

Failure to comply with the below terms may result in a loss of room privileges. Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Episcopal Church may remove and group from its building if it deems necessary. This may be done without any prior written notice. Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is not obligated to house any groups on a permanent basis. There are no written documents binding Holy Innocents St. Paul’s Episcopal Church to any one group.

  • Your deposit will be refunded up to 14 days after your event.
  • All fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to your event, otherwise your deposit is forfeit and your event will be canceled.
  • You must clean up after yourself once
    your event has concluded. If you fail to do so, your deposit will be kept
    and put towards cleaning fees.
  • Your allotted time includes setup and cleanup.
  • Please do your best to conserve energy. Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when necessary. Close windows when heating or air conditioning is on.
  • Rooms must be kept clean and returned to their original configuration after your event, especially chairs and tables. There are cleaning tools available in the church kitchen by the Parish Hall.
  • Respect all equipment and furnishings in God’s House. Do not climb, sit on, or otherwise misuse the tables, chairs, radiators, and windowsills. Do now allow children in your group to engage in these activities.
  • Do not use church kitchen stoves in order to heat the kitchen area.
  • Do not tamper with the thermostats.
  • All groups will be held responsible to pay for any damages due to negligence on their part.
  • Church policy requires two adults to be present for any activity with children. If your group provides babysitting, you must always have two adults present. The policy also requires an adult to supervise children when using restrooms.
  • You must hire a professional bartender if you have alcohol at your event.
  • Smoking and/or vaping is only permitted outside and at least 20 feet away from the front doors. Please use the proper receptacle to discard cigarette butts. Do not litter the lawn or pavement.
  • Our church’s name and branding may not be used in advertisement or promotion of your event without prior approval of the Rector and/or Vestry. For example, if you are planning a trip and advertise it on Facebook, you may not advertise it as a “Holy Innocents” event.
